Just a thought, but since this extension is based on people not getting their new kits in time, perhaps folks using the 2004/5 certs should also use their 2004/5 elite cards for consistency sake...

BTW all my certs have now found homes. Anyone who has PMd me, you should have received confirmation about shipping details. I have one more to confirm for someone in Calgary. Hold tight til noon for your PM.
