Do you know who I should send the receipt to and to explain the whole IRROPS situation? I assume to email customer care, but I’m not sure if I need to touch base telephonically before emailing. My requests will be to get Alaska Air credit to partially offset my WN expense, and to be credited with ORC for my PDX-SJC flight.
