Just to add...If you're entering the lounge on status rather than ticket class just go into the BD Diamond Club (negotiating the temperamental swipecard-operated door) and ask to use the shower. The receptionist will send you over the BD Business Lounge directly opposite, phoning across to her colleague to say you're coming in to use the shower.

The shower is OK height-wise (I'm pretty tall, too...) but a little cramped and there is a rather ineffective air vent. You collect towels and a key from the receptionist. And there's no speakers in there either, so beware the missed boarding call!

I just wish there was a shower somehere in the domestic lounge, which, after all, handles more traffic.
