As per the Flying Blue website this is now limited to ultimate, and without the right to introduce guests:

"20.Guests travelling with Ultimate member must travel on the same flight as the member. Does not apply to SkyTeam or partner lounges.

Upon arrival on Air France or KLM flights at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, only Ultimate members can access the KLM Crown Lounges."
