My lady’s son and his wife stayed here Saturday night as a Valentines treat and apparently it was carnage.
He booked a j.suite which wasn’t ready until 4pm, then there was a bleeping noise coming from the bathroom ( turned out emergency cord was not reset properly) so they went to the Executive lounge whilst FD sorted it.
Executive lounge was carnage, no seats, kids running everywhere ,drunk folk, food constantly running out and minimal staff.
They went to dinner downstairs which was nice , upon returning to their room the fault had not been rectified, phoned down no response, gave up went to bed then maintenance guy knocking on door at midnight ( they didn’t answer).
Breakfast was good…… they won’t be going back!
