I currently have a reservation at
Hyatt Regency Taoyuan International Airport, which is where I stayed a couple of weeks ago with a similar situation.
The problem is that the restaurants at that hotel property close at 9:00 in the evening. We arrived fewer than 30 minutes prior to that and barely made it for dinner. This time, we arrive at 9:10 and would not be at the hotel until at least 10:00 in the evening; so there is no way we will be in time for dinner — so we figured we would have a leisurely dinner upon arrival at the airport.
We would not be able to have breakfast at the hotel the next morning either because we would leave too early; so we figured we can have breakfast in a lounge, which opens at 5:00 in the morning...
