My other major complaint is that AA makes you fill out a form to get refundable airfare back (yet somehow 24 hour cancellation refunds are processed automatically). Again this goes with my thought that AA is banking on some tickets never being refunded (that otherwise should be).
These sorts of transactions are completely automated on UA and DL from a passenger perspective.
