I'm not sure UA does any meaningful training of FAs on specific aircraft types, nor are UA FAs assigned to specific routes on an ongoing basis. Their flight assignments are based on seniority bidding. Over the years, there have been plenty of reports of crew basically just having to figure it out when they're put on a new aircraft.
UA is not SQ.
