Hi .. Did someone status match from Aegean recently?

Where are now in infinite loop that turkish requires statement of flown flights in last two months, but it seems to be impossible to grab it from aegean website in required form - two months, name, membership number.

Any ideas on this? .)

edit: so , after couple of attempts with screenshot from aegean my account section, with expanded menu from website header, but without flight history, turkish accepted status match with challenge. It was complicated .)
