My FHR stay last month at SF Palace did not post. Followed up with my Ambassador. The folio the hotel initially provided her only included incidental F&B charges, not room rate, which led to posting of stay credits and only minimal points. After additional follow up with the property, she finally got it to post correctly, including points for the room charges. Not sure I would have gotten this result through normal cs channels.
