I'm not sure what you are trying to suggest? BA and QR do have reciprocal rebooking arrangements for disruptions and they rebook on each other all the time. But they are different airlines and obviously in completely different positions in the current conflict and of course make their own safety decisions, which is absolutely correct.

Once again the complaint seems to be one of impatience that BA's waiver only goes up to March for now. The impatience is entirely understandable for people with bookings in April, but I'm not sure what difference a common strategy with QR would make.
