I hadn't used my EK account for a while, transferred points from my (US) AMEX on Friday morning, still didn't receive it. Amex reps said everything is okay on their side. Can't reach EK reps (probably overloaded from what's going on in UAE).

Has anyone else faced a similar situation? Someone on here has mentioned that transfers on UAE weekends tend to be slower.

Strange that in 2026 points transfers are still not instant.
