Out of curiosity, how fast does the status match work once you link accounts? For context, I have Marriott Lifetime Platinum, and my SQ Silver expires at the end of this month. If I link on April 1, how long would it take to kick in?
As I have my next SQ flight on April 4, would love to line this up seamlessly and 1) board that flight with Silver status and 2) have my flight count as one of the four toward Gold. Thanks!
