My Dad shared 30 PlusPoints to confirm an upgrade for me from PE to J on a flight from EWR - Europe.

The RDU - EWR flight has since opened up with PZ space, can I call and upgrade that domestic connection leg with no additional PlusPoints charge or will this now be considered a new request that requires new PlusPoints?

It’s a short flight (and I’ve already got 7B on an E175) so not worth the PlusPoints if more required but if able to include on the same PlusPoints request would obviously take it
