I booked a multi-stage trip in 2 weeks or so, that should allow me to retain gold. I'd be surprised if the current situation will be fully resolved by then.

I'm not sure about the impact of the ongoing cancellations. Does anybody know if Qatar Airways will extend tiers for members that are impacted by this whole situation?

I suppose I'm entitled to original Qpoints if I'm rebooked on another airline?

What happens if QR don't find a suitable alternative and I find I have to cancel – a rethorical question I fear?
