Dinner started late--of course--because of some chop on the way out of IAD, leading to the appetizers not reaching my tray until about two hours after takeoff.
Pasta--here, ricotta agnolotti--remains a reliable choice for in-flight dining.
Hot chocolate cheesecake; I don't know where they came up with that description, since it was not served hot. Still tasty, though.
The "cream cheese scrambled eggs" did not taste of cream cheese but were still fine. I was more excited to get not one but two croissants--one plain, one pain au chocolat.

Really attentive crew on this flight--I couldn't walk by an FA on my way back from the lav without getting asked if I wanted anything else.
Appetizer was the seared prawns with chorizo, a delightful combination.
Beef tenderloin, sadly overdone. (The only time I've gotten any sort of steak entree on UA and had it come out medium-rare was in premium economy.)
Sundae with caramel and cherries.
Tagliatelle with beef ragout, delicious as ever, but finally without that shrink-wrapped muffin. The brownie was a little dense, but I'm not going to complain about that.
