SFO MLL was always predicted to get busy with UA status pax. I don't keep up with access rules but if a premium Amex or other card also grants access, it would seem clear that the goal of all AC lounges is full capacity = full profit..

Contrast that to the nice tranquil environments people expect airline lounges to be in advertisements.
