Spago at the Four Seasons has been consistent for me (but not others)
Ferrari’s , also at The Four Seasons, is not bad (other than QPR for Italian food). Make a reservation for a table where you can see the fire dance.
Limited menu, not quite walking distance but best fish due to local connections, is Lineage.
Hope Morimoto’s got better, I had to send my fish back.
