I think the West Tower rooms are very nice, and if I won't be able to upgraded (highly likely due to the volume of conference attendees) I think the new renovations are something I prefer to being in the scene in the East Tower. I hope the hvac issue is cleared up in a month! Is this a new GM? I thought it was Robert Cartwright? I'm looking forward to visiting San Diego again and seeing what the Silicon Border is.
