This one is a bit like a sanatorium, very small desk even though the room is not that small. Furnished with a wardrobe, but no luggage rack or something equivalent, I just opened my suitcase on the floor. The bathroom is unnecessarily big and unused large space on a corner - a bit awkward layout.
Also, the front desk is inside of a pantry, cannot access immediately through the front door, which looks bizarre.
I don't see any specific concept, like HIX, HI, CP, IC or some other brands.
they might be "boutique" budget hotels without any luxury but breakfast . actually it's a conversion brand to integrate/rebrand existing independent hotels with minimal capital expenditure. you could also call it a franchise for independent hotel operators into the IHG chain to boost sales by using IHGs distribution system.
