Apologies as I don't think this is exactly the right thread for this: I'm trying to change a flight from MCO - ZRH booked via Aeroplan miles on Swiss in September. The flight I want is available for the same number of miles; however, I booked a "lowest reward" business class ticket. I get to the "loading payment options screen" and it errors out with a message about working out kinks in the change booking feature. I'm going to give it a week or two and just call if it doesn't resolve, but it's my understanding I'll be charged $100 per ticket to make a change? I'm based in the US, and most of our airlines let you change and outright cancel award bookings for no charge (aside from a difference in miles if the new flight is more expensive); this is something I should have checked/paid attention to before I made the booking but in the meantime I wanted to know what to expect when I am able to make the change.
