If you are using a payment portal for your rental property that doesn't directly support Bilt ("How do I pay through an online payment portal?"), you get ACH information (bank routing number and account number). You use that information in your landlord's portal. You are charged a 3% fee when you pay rent. It can be switched between cards (Bilt card, Atmos, any other card registered with Bilt).
