Also, speaking of “earliest convenience”, maybe AS IT at their earliest convenience could implement the often requested improvements to the schedule change process to eliminate the need for CS interaction for many cases.
Any text (or any other communication means) for a schedule change occurs at my earliest inconvenience, period.
