Uh? Literally never had this issue on 'new' F'. And the old F seat is grubby, old, well-used with a terribly slow IFE and so many other negatives. It's marginally bigger, but not by much.
Granted, the Club Suite does feel cramped in comparison (even versus new F), but I'm not sure how any could want a much older seat - it reminds me of those old coaches with worn fabric seats you'd get sometimes for the trip to school, versus the new ultra-modern coaches.
