Are Aeroplan Miles only good these days on Air Canada?

I have 88K Aeroplan miles that have been sitting on my account for months, and I can't find a good redemption.

The trend I'm seeing is that Business J awards with Partners have become extremely rare or non-existent. Here's what I see for searches from USA West Coast Airports one year out:

-No NH J available, unless maybe if you search 1 year out
-No OZ J awards available
-No BH J awards available (I snagged a BH J award back in 2023, since then, BH awards have become non-existent)
-No SQ J awards (AC use to have expanded availability to SQ awards than other partners, but not anymore)
-No UA J awards (although this has been true for years)

Not sure about other *A partners.
