That is weird. My return ex BKK is day after tomorrow but even citing JWC guidelines and asking for
supervisor assistance didn’t work.
I am afraid they do insist on their policy to only reroute on OAL 0-1 day out and if the original flights have been canceled - which is ludicrous at this point.
We talking QR Platinum here on a fully paid C comfort ticket….

I would love to know what you guys did to successfully reroute your flights that far in advance? I am assertive - yet a super polite and patient person, never take it out on the agent.. …
