They have unlimited limitations, typically every 15ths of my bookings allows for it… and I fly out of ZRH…. They should allow to use them on any bookings on LX ticket stock or at least all codeshares, or all LHG flights with codeshare as the bare minimum….
I can understand why SWISS do this, the compensation is usually for a bad experience & often one is given the choice of cash or the voucher at a higher value, they want to try & get affected pax back flying LX
