I must respectively disagree. I also think any form of "service fee" or "ticketing fee" on awards should not be implemented. It wasn't that long ago there was a reinstatement fee for cancelled award trips. I don't think anyone wants that, or other fees, reinstated or created. (I DO think it would be nice if AA would give FREE visibility.)
