I had two flights on 12/02 that were canceled (I was rebooked on AF and actually got to my destination half a hour early, so it wasn't a tragedy).
On 21/02 I used the M&M contact form to request ORC for these flights, but only got radio silence so far.
Should I wait longer or should I try to write again through the contact form? Is there a better process? How long does it usually take M&M to process ORC request?
