I have a 2-4-1 outbound only booked for MLE in July 26 and am hoping some suitable First/CW return flights appear closer to flying time. There are currently some PE seats a few days after my preferred date which I could add to the outbound by calling BA.

I also have a 2nd 2-4-1 if I needed to use it which I was hoping to keep in case anything opened up and avoid having to call BA!

Q – if I add the slightly unsuitable PE seats to the original 2-4-1 booking – can they be cancelled/changed if something better opened up on preferred dates? I would prefer to keep the 2nd 2-4-1 voucher in case anything opens up.
