Ah, yes, the old 1-800-IFLYSWA. Prior to 1995, it was the only way to book flights without using a travel agent. Anyone else remember scribbling record locators and flight times in a paper planner while booking a flight on the phone?

Pointing and clicking at southwest.com, creating Outlook appointments, and synching with a PDA is ever more pleasant.
