Stayed a night on a Chase certificate. Good value given the cash prices.

Upgraded to King Bed Premium, 42sqm. At first it was supposed to be on 23rd floor, but the room wasn't ready (at 3pm) so we got a room on the 14th.There were a lot of people there for Valentine's Day going to the club/bar on top. Being on the 14th floor we didn't notice any noise, thankfully.

Excellent breakfast (Diamond).

I liked the pool as it is long enough for laps. The mirrored ceiling makes backstroke interesting. Gym is one of the smallest I have ever seen.

At first I booked a twin for 3 people. A few days before the stay IHG sent a message that extra person would be 2,000 baht. Turned out the 3rd person stayed with friends so we switched the reservation to two. They should be clearer on the charge from the start. Some IHG properties state the "extra" person charge at the time of booking. Of course "extra" depends on the country, as in some three or even four are allowed without an extra charge.Summary of charges
