I was talking with the Cathay oneworld Emerald checkin agent on my last FRA-HKG leg and they told me there would be a oneworld alliance lounge under the leadership of Qatar airways. Not sure if that means oneworld branded but operated by Qatar staff or a Qatar airways lounge with full Qatar branding like in Paris. I do hope that JAL introduces a new lounge if there isn't a oneworld branded lounge, I really loved the curry available there.
