And everyone i(QR staff) saying no when you refer to this JWC guidelines when you contact QR also the QR Trade Portal for TA's.

We have started using this guidelines since Monday late afternoon, and we will see what happens if they issue ADM's, then we will dispute them heavily.
QR should sent a memo quickly advising all QR staff and TA's that this guideline is applicable and should be used.

The QR stranded passengers backlog is getting bigger and bigger every day this continues.
And they should open the counters at airports and assist actively with rebooking options (Amsterdam is closed and not even a sign is posted).
