Regardless of the logistic aspects (crews, catering,...) - Qatar (like any of the other gulf carriers) do not have the commercial rights to operate such flights without the flight originating or ending at their home base (country).
Look up the 'freedoms of the air'.

Legally they are not allowed to operate such flights.

This would require a lot special agreements on governance level between each involved country of such flight. Nothing in the short term achievable.
