On my first call to TUI yesterday they said that they couldn't see any info about a delay and that the pax were down as no-shows. I asked them to call BA and sort it out but they said they wouldn't be able to call BA because they wouldn't pass GDPR because of the way in which they book flights!!! They were as useful as a chocolate teapot. With help like that you go it alone. Anyway, after another call to them today reading the P. T. Regs etc they have actually made contact so at least I can semi step aside. TUI know nothing about the 2200 departure time tonight but my friends will head off to the airport.
How on earth had TUI booked the flights then if they can't pass GDPR. Sounds as though they haven't done their job properly in the first place and are trying to pass the buck - the agent(s) obviously don't know about BA Trade Support.
