Omg same, I'm trying to cancel my flight, and after the 10th try across their website, app, and virtual assistant, I received a 6 digit number that doesnt match the 4 required. I'm trying to cancel my ticket at the end of the month given the war but the call agent told me I cannot cancel over phone! Ridiculous. How did you resolve this?
