Looking at the thread there seems to be mixed results on whether people could see the filter, so it might be a rollout or A/B testing. This seems like the old UI though so can't confirm if there's a new UI design that removed it
While emailing the concierge team about the WCP issue I also asked about this e-up issue and got back the following last night:
“Regarding the eUpgrade filter, we have recently identified an issue on our website that is affecting the display of eUpgrade availability during the booking flow. Our IT team is actively working to resolve this as quickly as possible.”
