hello all - im having an issue with rj segments not crediting. specifically only those segments flown back to the same destination in the same day. i have spoke to rj about this and they have told me there is an issue crediting these type of segments but assured me they are working on it.

has anyone had sucess in getting these kind of trips posted to their account ? it doesnt state anywhere in rj's royal club t's and c's that they wont honour these type of segments ?

This has been going on since dec. '25 and im still being told that they have sent the requests to BA and they are working on it ? FYI these are all 'O' ticket class BA domestic flights.
