Yes. I have been interacting with them using that email for the other usual things - confirming full names and flight times, upgrade options, dinner reservations, etc. I fear whoever mans the email isn’t empowered to extend the window, and so they just ignore it. A reply would at least be nice so that I don’t have to cancel preemptively, which I’m afraid I’ll have to do. I’m not optimistic about flights through Doha, even 3 weeks out, and I’ve had no luck finding flights that work that don’t go through the ME.

EDIT — they just gave me a call and confirmed they can extend the cancellation window and will refund points if I’m not able to get there. Phew! Thanks to those who wisely suggested this would be the case! 😀
