Radio silence from them so far - I just sent a second email, but they have ignored my first one for a full work day there. I can’t even cancel online even though I am still outside of the 3 week window, I think maybe bc they’ve linked a 6 day reservation with a separate 1 day reservation, and now they are locked? I’m afraid I’m going to have to call the Diamond line and just cancel the whole thing, which I really don’t want to do yet. (And prices in points have gone up, so if I cancel, I wouldn’t have enough to rebook).
