I applied (sent feedback form on website) on a Thursday. I already had a recently completed TK flight (I added its booking ref) at that point.
Got a reply next day asking for the membership card (is used BA app screenshot of the card) together with past fligths and a copy of my passport.
After all docs were provided the status match was confrimed the following day.
