Well I mean I’ve been a slave to United for about the past decade and whenever you’re not a 1K you have a super high probability of getting an overseas call center. At least I fly on a lot of government issued ticket stock and I have the direct number to their government deck that’s only staffed by folks in Chicago or Houston.
Nevertheless, as bad as what folks here claim Alaska Air customer service has become, it’s still miles ahead of what United and American are offering.
