I agree that the Braised Wagyu beef was very good. Also a pretty substantial portion. The pan fried halibut was very well cooked but needed a bit more flavor. My personal favorite was the Mott 32 Crab Puff. Which was basically crab salad. Original order only came as one puff so I ordered 3 more!
I also had the Lime Sorbet which was excellent.
Great service from start to finish. Both restaurant hostesses were friendly and helpful with questions I had and all the servers were fantastic. Pier F was every bit as good as I remembered after having been away for several years.
Also, it's probably been mentioned but I always have trouble finding this information.
The breakfast to lunch transition at the Pier F happens at 11:00am. I'm not the biggest fan of breakfast food so I'm always looking for the lunch options. For whatever reason, I'm regularly on the overnight flights that arrive in the morning so I'm always trying to figure out when they start serving lunch.
As I mentioned in an earlier post, London doesn't switch to lunch menu until 12pm.
Crab Puff. Order extras!
Pan Fried Halibut. Excellent texture. Not enough flavor.
Mott 32 Braised Wagyu Beef - delicious. A lovely caramelized, sweet bbq flavor. Tastes better than it looks.
I was there on 28-FEB-2026 from 7:00 p.m. until 11:59 p.m., as my flight from HKG to MAD that day was departing from Gate 69, which is very convenient for me. I agree that the crab puff tastes good as well. I skipped it this time because I planned to have another dish at The Deck.
The breakfast at Pier F is almost the same as at The Pier Business lounge. My flights are usually overnight and arrive in HKG around 8:00 a.m. My connecting flight is not until 3:00 p.m. If Pier F is crowded, I go to The Pier Business lounge instead. Lunch at Pier F in HKG starts at 11:00 a.m. and offers more options. I like that the food is served in small portions; otherwise, I wouldn’t be able to try more than two dishes.
Does anyone know what kind of tiny flower and leaves these are on the Wagyu Beef? Are they edible? I tried them two weeks ago and I’m still alive.
