Does anyone have an email address for the GM here? I have a stay coming up late March, and the cancellation deadline is in two days. Our flights are though the Middle East, and I am very worried I’ll have to cancel. But, I’d like to be able to wait and see how things are shaking out in a couple of weeks, which would require pushing back the Conrad cancellation deadline. Has anyone heard of hotels being willing to do this? I’d like to ask someone with authority to do it, rather than just emailing the general address. Thanks in advance for any advice!
I'm in a similar boat. Supposed to fly thru ME and stay 5 nights at WA then 5 at Conrad. We're inside the cancellation window at this point. We found a replacement flight to MLE that flies via LHR, but unfortunately we lose a day in Maldives. Reached out directly to WA to see if we could push our reservations back one day.
The resort responded and said they'd be willing to move it free of charge, but since it's an awards booking we have to do it thru Hilton. Tried the livechat and they told me to call. In meetings most of today so will have to call this afternoon.
