Does anyone have an email address for the GM here? I have a stay coming up late March, and the cancellation deadline is in two days. Our flights are though the Middle East, and I am very worried I’ll have to cancel. But, I’d like to be able to wait and see how things are shaking out in a couple of weeks, which would require pushing back the Conrad cancellation deadline. Has anyone heard of hotels being willing to do this? I’d like to ask someone with authority to do it, rather than just emailing the general address. Thanks in advance for any advice!
They should do this willingly and I’m sure they already have for others. I haven’t stayed here for a while so I don’t know the current GM’s email but I wouldn’t waste any time and would write to reservations/the general email (and any others you can find) in the first instance, if anything to cover yourself in the unlikely event that they don’t reply but I’m sure they will. They’ve been there and done that with Covid so it won’t be new to them and under the circumstances, I’d imagine they’re likely to be more responsive rather than less (and call if you don’t receive a reply).
