Yes, still in DXB.

Flydubai started making repatriation flights, Emirates and Etihad are sending few flights per day. Russian Aeroflot flew in from Moscow and took off from DXB an hour ago.
Meanwhile, KlM has their B-787-9 with registration number PH-BHH parked at DXB and a crew stuck here with no action from their management
