Well isn't that just UA (and trending for many other carriers) adding more customization to J seats so passengers will pay more? As in, if a passenger desired more legroom or personal space, they would be incentivized to pay for Polaris Studio. Similar things happening to new AA J seats, LH and their extra-length seats or JX and others with their pseudo-F seats. It wouldn't surprise me if DL were to add something similar on their A351 and people will praise their creativity on an elevated experience.
