Your AA booking has a QF ticket number in it. With the schedule change, QF reissued the ticket, but that new ticket number isn't always associated with the AA ticket/PNR. What AA needs to do is reissue their end with the new QF ticket #. If you run in to someone who blows you off, hang up and call back.
Ultimately, this is an AA issue to resolve, QF can't fix it. I wouldn't wait till the airport.
