Yes -- but your ISP can't block you. Teams / Zoom / etc. traffic going through the VPN is invisible to everyone between you and the VPN concentrator at the other end of your connection -- that's the point.

UA could conceivably figure out a way to block all VPNs, but they can't allow business travelers to use VPNs to reach their work network without also allowing people to access Teams, etc.
